Changes to ceilings and room layouts can require ductwork to be relocated or replaced. MDT reviews the installation with homeowners and contractors, including the available ceiling space, access, and planned supply and return locations.
We install metal duct, fiberglass ductboard, flex duct, fittings, supports, and specified connections. The material and installation scope are identified in your estimate so you know what is supplied and what is installed.
We install owner-supplied grilles and diffusers as part of the agreed scope. Share the product information and locations, especially for linear diffusers that need coordination with framing and finished ceilings.
Send photos of the existing ducts, the project location, any drawings, and a description of the changes. Tell us whether ceilings are open and whether demolition is required. Site conditions may need to be reviewed before a final price is provided.

Our focus is ductwork installation. Drywall finishing, painting, air-conditioning equipment, electrical work, controls, insulation wrap, permits, and air balancing are not assumed to be included. Your written proposal defines the work and responsibilities.
